OUR MISSION

Presidio School offers education to young students from as early as Kindergarten all the way through twelfth grade.

We provide an individualized course of instruction that emphasizes in opportunities for accelerated course completion and academic remediation, when necessary.

We provide an Advanced Kindergarten for students ages 4 and up (students must be 5 years old by January of the same school year).  Our classrooms are designed to provide advanced learning for all our young students by providing a small classroom setting with individualized attention.

Presidio School focuses not only on academic success, but also on creating a learning environment that engenders self-worth and prepares each student for a productive, fulfilling future. As part of our academic program, our high school students will have the opportunity to participate in life skills and vocational training as well as college and career counseling.

Presidio School students are required to master all course work at a minimum of 75 percent proficiency and, upon their  high school graduation, will have successfully completed all of the State of Arizona's academic requirements.

The Presidio School curriculum is in strict compliance with the Arizona Department of Education State Standards, and each student receives an official State of Arizona diploma upon graduation.

On February 9, 2000 Presidio Schools was accredited by the Association for Performance Based Accreditation. APBA accreditation certifies that Presidio Schools has demonstrated academic growth, student achievement, and has met all state and federal legal mandates. Presidio is reviewed for accreditation renewal every three years.
