ABOUT STUDENT COUNCIL

The purpose of the student council is to give Presidio High School students the opportunity to undertake leadership roles within the learning community and enhance the quality of student life. The Student Council as a school organization works for the general welfare of the school by promoting school morale, participation, and cooperation between students, faculty, and administration. In addition, the Student Council works towards fostering positive community relations. The council members are responsible for determining key activities from pre-to post-implementation. This includes, but is not limited to, brainstorming, researching, proposing, organizing, volunteering, and any necessary follow-up actions.

Mission Statement

The mission of Presidio High School Student Council is to promote school and community events, communicate student needs, create positive change, and build campus relations.
